Per California law we have raised the rent within the legal limits. You were aware that the property did not have central heating and air upon renting the property. We recently sent out a rent increase, which was within the legal limits, and you have since went on multiple review sites to give our company negative reviews. If you do have anything to discuss with the rent increases, you are more than welcome to contact our office. Please keep in mind that the property owner has the final say in what is done with the property such as maintenance, rent increases, etc. However, we are more than happy to bring your concerns to the property owner and see if there is anything we can do. We have not received communication from you regarding this matter, other than the multiple negative reviews that were posted publicly, by you, about our company.

Depending on the email request, there is a general response to all email inquiries. The first step, if the property is available, is to have you drive by the property. Once you do so, we ask you to call in to schedule an appointment to view the interior. At this time if there is a specific property you are interested in, please contact our office directly at 916-371-1870 to set up an appointment. Our office hours are Mon.-Fri. 9am - 4:30pm, closed from 1pm - 2pm daily for lunch. All messages are returned within 24 business hours. Thank you.
